Polish movie posters continue to be a rich source of inspiration and amusement for me (i think this one looks a bit like neil).

I love this
amazing photography.
Amazing work from Branislav Kropilak
His billboard shots are straight out of Silent Running… or The Black Hole…
This has become compulsive (or sometimes convulsive) viewing.
It also has the added benefit of making me feel better about my dubious diet.
Whilst doing research for one of our latest projects I came across the portfolio site of street photographer Matt Stuart. He must have the patience of a saint, his work is brilliant!
For more street photography take a look at iN-PUBLiC as well as Matt the site features several good photographers, my favourites are Richard Bram, Narelle Autio, Melanie Einzig and David Gibson.
Yesterday was tinged with sadness for me… The morning news told me that Oliver Postgate had sadly passed away.
Postgate was a hero of mine, not only for the beautiful and wonderous shows he created, but… well… because he followed his own path. The clangers, his reaction to a request to create a series based on the recent moon landings being case in point.
Very sad day indeed.
There are some rather touching comments here:
An engaging and thought provoking article written by Ben Terrett over on Noisy Decent Graphics discussing sustainability and responsibility in design. It was written at the end of last year so apologies if I’m off the pace but never the less worth a look.
