His billboard shots are straight out of Silent Running… or The Black Hole…

It may not be good for commuting (as I found out yesterday along with most of London) but as perfectly demonstrated by the annual Harbin Ice Festival in China, it definitely has it’s perks!

Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be an official site, but you can view some of the amazing sculptures here.

This picture makes me feel a bit ‘funny’ it’s like something from your worst nightmares, with a splash of total recall and blakes 7.

Once again some crazy construction action over in Dubai. This time it’s David Fisher’s rotating skyscraper that will present an ever changing view for the occupants and, to me more interestingly, present an ever changing exterior appearance to the rest of the city. Personally I love the Jetsons spirit of it all.
